Our commitment

We take the security of the ApexReach platform and the data it holds seriously. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and regular security reviews. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, we want to hear from you.

Reporting a vulnerability

Please email info@apexreach.ae with a clear description, steps to reproduce, and any relevant proof-of-concept. We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days and to keep you informed as we investigate and remediate.

Responsible disclosure guidelines

  • Give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before any public disclosure.
  • Do not access, modify, or delete data that is not yours, and do not degrade the Service.
  • Do not run automated scanning that disrupts other users.
  • Avoid privacy violations; use only test accounts where possible.

We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith and follow these guidelines.
