Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all permissible and prohibited uses of the ApexReach platform. It applies to all Clients, users, and any individual accessing the Service, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

3.1 Permitted Uses

  • Configuring B2B outreach campaigns targeting business professionals in your legitimate target market
  • Using the contact database to define ICPs within the platform workflow
  • Initiating outreach to prospects who match your ICP and have not previously opted out
  • Integrating ApexReach via authorised APIs with your CRM, calendar, or sales tools
  • Reviewing campaign analytics and exporting your own Client account data

3.2 Prohibited Uses

Email and Outreach Abuse

  • Sending or attempting to send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or any communication that violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, UAE PDPL, or GDPR
  • Using deceptive subject lines, false sender identities, or misleading content
  • Attempting to override, import around, or circumvent the platform’s automated opt-out and suppression system
  • Re-contacting prospects who have opted out through any channel

Illegal and Discriminatory Targeting

  • Targeting individuals based on race, religion, gender, age, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Contacting individuals in jurisdictions where you lack a legal basis for outreach
  • Using the platform for political campaigning, lobbying, or soliciting government officials without required disclosures

Data and Platform Abuse

  • Scraping, exporting, copying, or republishing raw contact data outside the intended platform workflow
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to ApexReach services or data to third parties
  • Reverse-engineering the contact database, algorithms, or any platform component
  • Sharing login credentials with users not covered under your subscription plan
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or crawlers beyond normal platform use
  • Attempting to access other Clients’ data or bypass security controls
  • Submitting ICP parameters designed to harvest competitor intelligence through fake prospect engagement

Harmful and Illegal Content

  • Promoting illegal products, services, or activities
  • Sending defamatory, harassing, threatening, or obscene content
  • Conducting phishing, fraud, impersonation, or social engineering campaigns
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any malicious code

3.3 Outreach Content Standards

All outreach sent through the platform must:

  • Accurately identify the Client’s company name and the nature of the offer
  • Include the Client’s valid physical business address
  • Include a functioning opt-out/unsubscribe mechanism in every email (automatically provided by the platform)
  • Comply with applicable laws in both the sender’s and the recipient’s jurisdiction
  • Not make false or misleading claims about the Client’s products, services, or identity

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with laws applicable in the recipient’s jurisdiction. ApexReach does not warrant jurisdiction-specific compliance of Client campaigns. See our Anti-Spam Compliance statement for our approach.

3.5 Enforcement

3.6 Reporting Abuse

If you receive an email you believe was sent improperly through the ApexReach platform, or if you witness platform misuse, contact sultan@veridra.ae. All reports are reviewed within 2 business days.

3.7 Policy Updates

This AUP may be updated to address new risks or regulatory changes. Updates will be posted at apexreach.ae/acceptable-use with 14 days’ notice.
